On Time and Under Budget

Those are 2 items that are just not heard in construction these days, but that's where I am. I had to move in by March 18th, I got my C of O (that coveted piece of paper saying my house is fit for human habitation) on March 15th. The original budget was just under $24,000 and the numbers punch out to a tiny bit over $22,000. I am happy with my new home, I feel like I've been living there for a long time, like it's HOME.

My husband and I live in AZ and we are contemplating buying a Tumbleweed Home and I see that for most it says it will cost between 100 and 200 dollars per square foot. We liked the Enesti which is altogether about 770 sq feet. I know this sounds dumb, but then would that mean for us to build it it would cost 154,000??? We are not planning on building here in AZ, but in MN. Can you help to figure out any more of this information?
